The Challenge
The client needed an EMEA sales incentive that would actually motivate their partner network. Not a points table in a spreadsheet, but something people would check in on and talk about.
What We Did
We built a full F1-style Grand Prix experience from scratch: a bespoke microsite with live leaderboards, Race Control update emails sent throughout the campaign, and a visual identity that made every touchpoint feel like part of a real championship season.
The Outcome
The campaign landed so well internally that other regions requested their own versions. What started as an EMEA programme became a multi-region rollout.
