The marketing team needed a full campaign toolkit for Cyber Awareness Month, covering social, email, display and internal comms, with enough flexibility for regional teams to adapt it without losing coherence.
What We Did
We built a modular toolkit with a clear visual system and a set of core messages that could be adapted by region. Each asset type had a master template with guidance notes, so regional teams could make changes without needing to brief a designer for every variation.
The Outcome
The toolkit was used across multiple regions with minimal central oversight. The modular approach meant the campaign felt consistent globally while allowing regional teams to make it relevant locally.
