The affiliate team needed a large set of banners for a subscription upgrade promotion, covering multiple affiliate partners, each with their own co-branding requirements and size specifications.
What We Did
We built a production workflow that handled co-branding variations systematically, producing all partner-specific versions from a single master design. Sizes were templated so new partners could be added without starting from scratch.
The Outcome
A large banner set delivered at scale, with every partner variant accounted for. The templated approach cut production time significantly compared to treating each partner as a separate job.
